Description
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support key executives in the Aritificial General Intelligence Infrastructure organization at Amazon.
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of one of the most transformative areas in technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner and trusted operator—someone who thrives in high-performance environments, demonstrates excellent judgment, and brings exceptional organization and communication skills to complex, fast-moving initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across global time zones, and prioritize scheduling needs with efficiency and discretion. Ensure the executive is well-prepared and focused on the highest-leverage activities.
- Track action items, prepare agendas, manage follow-ups, and support execution of key priorities across the leadership team.
- Serve as a key liaison between AGI Infrastructure and internal and external partner organizations.
- Ensure clear and timely communication, alignment, and progress on shared goals.
- Own logistics for executive travel, high-impact meetings including leadership offsites, exec reviews, customer briefings, townhalls and internal forums. Ensure experiences are well-run, productive, and professionally executed.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anticipate needs, act with discretion, and demonstrate sound judgment on behalf of the executive.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- - High school or equivalent diploma
- - Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and executive operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience mentoring others and driving best practices
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Experience supporting strategic planning processes

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
