    Mission Systems sector is looking for you to join our team as a Program Control Manager 2. This position may be based out of the following three location and is an onsite position offering the 9/80 schedule:

     

    + Baltimore, MD

    + Rolling Meadows, IL

    + San Diego, CA.

     

    What You’ll Get to Do

     

    The Program Control Manager two supporting the Director of the Program Scheduling and Compliance Center of Excellence.

    Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + Provide financial business analysis and evaluation

    + Collaborate with CAMs, Business Managers and Program Managers

    + Evaluate program capabilities on implementation of program controls, to include forecasting, work authorization, implementation of program budgeting, risk management, estimate at complete development, and various financial reporting activities

    + Interface with diverse functional areas to support and lead process improvement efforts

    + Develop and deliver training on process improvements to address weaknesses identified from audit results

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 8 years of industry related experience – OR – a Master’s degree with 6 years of industry related experience.

    + Comprehensive knowledge of: 32 EIA-748 EVMS Guidelines; DoD EVMSIG; DoD and Service level IBR guidance, and DID implementation requirements.

    + Experience with Earned Value cost/schedule reporting (e.g. IPMRs, IPMDARs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs).

    + Experience leading teams to successful outcomes.

    + Experience as a Program Control Analyst or Program Scheduler

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency and Powerpoint.

    + US Citizenship is required

    + DoD Secret level security clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + In-depth knowledge of DOD financial and program management business models.

    + Knowledge of Risk and Opportunity Management Processes.

    + Proficiency with the following systems or software: Deltek COBRA, SAP and Microsoft Project

    + Understanding of DoD contracts, government Cost Accounting Standards, Commercial contracts, and the FAR

    Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $213,400.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
