Description
We are actively seeking three (3) talented and bilingual Member Services Representatives to join our team on a seasonal full-time basis. With the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) fast approaching, this is an exciting opportunity to support diverse communities while leveraging your Medicare knowledge and bilingual communication skills. Active California Life & Health Insurance licensure and AHIP certification are required.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective members.
+ Present and promote Medicare Advantage products per CMS-approved guidelines.
+ Conduct needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses to match products to customer needs.
+ Complete enrollment processes for members, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
+ Schedule in-person meetings or event RSVPs for members who prefer alternative enrollment methods.
+ Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
+ Maintain adherence to HIPAA compliance standards in all communications regarding client interactions.
+ Exhibit cultural sensitivity and maintain professional boundaries with all members.
+ Fulfill other duties as assigned, contributing to organizational success during AEP.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Licensing
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
+ Active California Life & Health Insurance License (Required).
+ AHIP Certification (Required).
Experience
+ Tele-sales or call center experience, preferably in healthcare.
+ Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health or income assistance programs.
+ Experience working with diverse populations, including senior citizens and low-income communities.
Skills
+ Fluency in one of the following languages:
+ Korean, Mandarin (Trilingual with Cantonese preferred), or Spanish.
+ Strong customer service orientation with a member-focused approach.
+ Understanding of CMS telephone marketing regulations.
+ Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic computer systems.
+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
