Position Summary
Join us for an exciting opportunity with a leading healthcare organization with a wide range of customer interactions and analytics. Within CVS Health’s data science organization (“Analytics & Behavior Change”), we’re looking for a technically strong problem solver to shape our future-looking data platform to drive incremental revenue through data product design and engineering across our various lines of business.
Designs and implements infrastructure and data preparation processes to support client data and data development needs.
Moreover, the in this role, you will set patterns, create workflow efficiencies/optimization and you raise the bar for coding, distributed computing, and data delivery. Builds monitoring and altering systems for pipeline metrics and revenue driven targeted results.
Builds and facilitates data infrastructure across large scale systems and ensures deployment and updates in partnership with business product team.
Develops and participates in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on engineering patterns and solutions.
Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.
You will be successful, if you come from a background in data engineering with a knowledge of designing and building scalable data intensive products on various large scale data platforms such as GCP, Azure and Teradata.
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of progressively complex related experience
5+ years of experience with delivering product centric data solutions.
5+ years of experience building end-to-end and data intensive systems in production.
5+ years of engineering experience with strong focus on software development best practices
5+ years of Python, SQL, and Scripting best practices
3+ years of experience in GCP
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
