    Compensation and Schedule for the Practice Supervisor

    Practice Supervisor – Full-time, onsite, $28-$32 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Excellent benefits with a major hospital group!

     

    Required Qualifications of the Practice Supervisor

     

    - 2+ years of recent physician practice management experience required

     

    - Recent supervisory experience in a medical practice required

     

    - Previous Medical Assistant/clinical experience highly preferred

     

    - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

     

    - Bachelor's degree preferred

     

    - High school diploma or GED required

     

    - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

     

    Responsibilities of the Practice Supervisor

     

    - Provide leadership in daily operations of the practice and perform day-to-day clinic management

     

    - Handle the administration of business, financial, and clinical functions of the practice

     

    - Manage timecards

     

    - Handle clinic coverage schedules/call out management

     

    - Handle patient service recovery

     

    - Practice personal accountability and lead staff to be personally accountable for achieving set goals and objectives as well as mission and core values

     

    - Assume daily responsibility for the overall operations of the clinic and community initiatives so that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost-effective manner while enhancing the quality and safety of care delivery
