Description and Requirements
**Job Summary:** A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. This role involves developing strategies for acquiring new talent, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Coordinate with hiring managers** to identify staffing needs.
+ **Develop selection criteria** and job descriptions.
+ **Source potential candidates** through various channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
+ **Plan and conduct interviews** and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
+ **Assess candidate information** using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
+ **Lead employer branding initiatives** to attract top talent.
+ **Organize and attend job fairs** and recruitment events.
+ **Forecast hiring needs** and develop talent pipelines.
+ **Build long-term relationships** with past applicants and potential candidates
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Experience in an HR or talent acquisition role (past internships, projects, or volunteer work)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ General understanding of human resources disciplines, local laws, and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Creative thinker with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
