Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator under the supervision of the Director of Imaging Services supervises, directs and demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the care of the patient. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the planning, direction of all direct care to patients ensuring that it is provided in accordance with the NH Nurse Practice Act, recognized nursing techniques, and both clinical and administrative policies. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Dover Free Standing ED and Seabrook Free Standing ED locations.
+ **Provides leadership within the department to support growth and development of new services in area(s) of CT and MRI.**
+ **Maintains supply/inventory control.**
+ **Assist with Quality Control to identify areas of improvement and implement steps to enhance quality throughout the Department.**
+ **Assists the Director of Imaging Services with staff recruitment, selection, and staff recognition.**
+ **Assist with staff scheduling and patient coordination is maintained at all times.**
+ **Ensures proper system maintenance, operation and care.**
What qualifications you will need:
+ **Associates Degree**
+ **American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)**
+ **One to three years of experience in a hospital setting - Proven leader with Imaging**
+ **Basic Life Support Certification.**
+ **Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or graduate of an accredited MRI program preferred.**
