We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long\-Range Assault Aircraft \(FLRAA\), part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift \(FVL\) modernization effort\. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, Bell's Autonomous Pod Transport \(APT\), and Bell's High\-Speed Vertical Take\-Off and Landing \(HSVTOL\) program, a next generation stop\-fold aircraft\.
Plant Security
Bring your skills and experience as a Supervisor for our Plant Protection Officers, on\-site in Fort Worth, TX\. This position represents the communications link between security leadership and frontline Plant Protection Officers\.
What you'll be doing as a Plant Protection Supervisor
Oversee all security department related tasks that are assigned to Plant Protection Officers and act as an emergency first responder to various health, facility and environmental emergencies\.Completes shift schedules and related operational documents, inspects the condition of security posts and officers, reviews and approve incident reports and perform investigation/follow\-up of incidents\.Ensure and evaluate quality and knowledge of security personnel\. Work closely with departmental peers to support security objectives\. Maintain communication between management\-level and plant protection employees\.Maintain operation knowledge of all equipment in Security Operations Center and all other posts\. Interact with other facility supervisory personnel to achieve goals and meet project deadlines\.Develop officer new\-hire and remedial training materials, compile weekly status reports for security management and perform miscellaneous duties\.
Qualifications
Skills You Bring To this Role
Knowledge of force protection matters and physical security operations to include knowledge of basic security principles, security policies/requirements, security training, familiarity with protection level assets and protection requirements and experience conducting security assessments\.Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\.Demonstrate excellent writing and oral communications and interpersonal skills\.Ability to function with personnel from all levels of the corporation including senior staff personnel\.Able to recognize personnel and operational problems and recommend, implement immediate resolutions, and analyze potential trends\.Solid functional knowledge of security requirements for NISPOM is preferred\.Working knowledge or having worked with a union is preferred\.
What you need to be successful
5 years combined experience in corporate/contract multi\-campus, civilian, or military law enforcement\.Completion of High School Diploma/GED is required\.Must be eligible to obtain/maintain US Secret Security Clearance\.Must be able to obtain certification by the Texas Commission on Private Security\.
