Responsibilities

Noblis MSD is seeking a Facilities Project Management Analyst specializing in Naval Facilities to support the management and execution of Navy Classrooms and Laboratoriesmodernization.

This position will provide direct support to NAVSEA PMS 339 and must have subject matter expertise in facilities design to support collaborative interaction with Naval Facilities, Architectural & Engineering Firms (A&E), and Trade Engineers. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to develop classroom and laboratory layouts and designs utilizing Vizio or Bluebeam design software. The candidate must have the ability to enter and work in industrial environments and construction areas (and follow relevant OSHA procedures) in support of facility renovations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience (OR a Master's degree and 6 years OR an Associate's degree and 11 years OR a HS diploma and 15 years of relevant experience)

+ Demonstrated experience and subject matter expertise in Naval Facilities

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Bluebeam

+ US Citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications

+ Project Managerment Professional (PMP) Certification

+ 12+ years professional experience in construction

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $102,500.00 - USD $160,100.00 /Yr.
