    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to ensure operational efficiency.

    + Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills including cutting and welding.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

    + Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + Ability to work at night as this is a night shift position.
