SWD Operator – (Salt Water Disposal Operator)

**💰** **Pay:** $17–$20/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

**📅** **Schedule:** 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts

**R360 Environmental Solutions** , a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our **Elm Grove, Louisiana** facility.

•** **The Job:

+ Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)

+ Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks

+ Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

+ Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports

+ Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

+ Follow all environmental and safety protocols

+ Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers

•** **Requirements:

+ Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

+ Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

+ Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
