    Position: E-Commerce Production Assistant Salary: $18.31/hour +DOE

    DUTIES :

    Drives e-commerce sales and margin through online item set up and merchandising initiatives. Utilizes product catalog web application to build on-line category and product groupings as directed by merchants and marketing initiatives. Launches products to the site according to delivery dates and business needs. Maximizes business by brand by style by managing brand and product presentation online and ultimately driving top line sales and profitability. Executes daily item setup, product categorization, item ranking, site merchandising. Responsible for all product content and images on ShopCGX.com. Responsible for merchandising brands, products and categories on ShopCGX.com.

     

    Has responsibility for designated online department merchandising objectives for ShopCGX.com. Manages all aspects of the merchandising item web content by creating effective online assortments, influencing product set up.

     

    Responsible for achieving optimal category and product merchandising on ShopCGX.com within the shopping filters and shops that reflect product priorities. Responsible for positioning and optimizing top sellers and new products across all e-Commerce partners.

     

    Works under the general supervision of the E-Commerce Production Manager. Operates independently within the framework of CSC/CGX policies, procedures, and regulations. Exercises independent judgment and approach in routine and non-routine situations. Consults with supervisor on such issues as policy matters, deviations from normal procedures or unusual situations. Maintains professionalism and courteous behavior at all times, works as a team player, and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Performance is evaluated on operational performance, skills evaluations, customer service, collaboration and teamwork, leadership and established individual performance objectives.

     

    Assists merchants, customer support and warehouse operations to resolve operational issues. Represent the online business to merchant team, communicating the unique business needs for online to achieve a multi-channel merchandising vision.

     

    Performs other related duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

    Minimum :

    1. One year of experience in merchandising or digital marketing and demonstrated proficiency working with digital applications.

    2. Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

    3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    4. Ability to work in fast-paced environment; flexible to accommodate demanding project schedules

    Preferred (in addition to the minimum):

    + A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with emphasis in retail, business administration or a related field.

    + Proficiency with Google Analytics

    + Two years’ e-commerce or digital marketing experience
