    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Corporate Real Estate (CRE) to work cross-organizationally to help develop and deliver a best-in-class education program caring for newly hired employees, as well as growing acumen in existing employees.

    In this role, you will:

    + Work with key business partners to help develop, implement, and deliver a CRE-wide education strategy and solution focused on developing and elevating underwriting, portfolio management, and closing skillsets

    + Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify required competencies and skill sets for various roles across the organization and help build out educational road maps that incorporate a multi-pronged approach to developing and growing team member acumen

    + Work with CIB Training, CIB Early Talent, Development Offers and Line of Business (LOB) to organize, support, coordinate and develop content for Early Talent and continuing education efforts

    + Develop and deliver education content, sessions, and case studies by working with partners to build content that helps drive strong adoption

    + Identify gaps in educational content and work with key business partners to resolve gaps and build education sessions, tools, resources, and performance measurements, as needed

    + Develop, implement, and manage a calendar of education sessions and events to include recording and tracking of attendees

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of commercial real estate Credit Underwriting and Portfolio Management experience

    + 5+ years’ experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs tailored for early talent

    + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various programs, services, and initiatives.

    + Strong credit acumen and process knowledge and understanding of various CRE business lines, to include originations credit underwriting and portfolio management activities

    + Experience in driving accountability for assigned initiatives, limiting risk exposure, and creating efficiencies as appropriate.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with training platforms and tools.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

    + Experience conducting meetings, and driving towards results-oriented solutions

    + Ability to thoroughly analyze credit policy and processes on an independent basis and identify educational needs

    + Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives and senior leadership

    Job Expectations:

    + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

    + Position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship

     

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $96,600.00 - $206,100.00
