Are you passionate about discovering top talent and building strong relationships? Kemin is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! We are excited to welcome a new team member who will focus on identifying talent for corporate roles including General Management, Finance, IT, Governance, and Operations. This role is essential in enhancing our employment brand and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for Kemin's long-term goals. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and handling administrative duties. Your role will involve collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
This is an on-site position located at our Worldwide Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

Responsibilities
+ Partner with Business Unit leaders to determine current staffing needs.
+ Implement Talent Acquisition strategies.
+ Source passive candidates, introducing them to career opportunities with Kemin
+ Network with industry sources, discover recruiting trends and implement best practices
+ Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume reviews and screening interviews.
+ Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
+ Attend career fairs and other recruitment related events.
+ Utilize LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to network with top talent
+ Administrate and support internship program.
Qualifications
+ Education & Experience, one of the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related field with 1+ years of experience
+ Associates Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources related field with 3+ years of experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
+ High technical aptitude with intermediate to advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
+ Experience in full-cycle recruiting
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to build rapport with team members across multiple business units and professional levels
+ Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
+ Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
+ Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
+ A leader and strategic thinker.
