Job Description

+ Prepare products for international and domestic shipment to customers, vendors, and other company locations.

+ Ensure timely delivery of products to manufacturing by work order, or as verbally directed.

+ Receive and locate work in process and finished goods from production while maintaining and organizing appropriate documentation and records.

+ Coordinate deliveries, unloading, and verification of incoming material cataloging and processing of all purchase order deliveries.

+ Follow all quality and safety guidelines.

+ Maintain organized paperwork and records.

+ Train new associates on all aspects of job function.

+ Work in other functional areas to improve the flexibility of job assignments.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Good math, computer, and communication skills are required.

+ Knowledge of HAZMAT DOT preferred

+ Must be able to read English and comprehend standard operating procedures and work instructions.

+ Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.

+ Appropriate interpersonal skills to allow for courteous and effective interaction with co-workers and management.

+ Capability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, pictorial, or diagram form.

+ Capability to regularly stand, stoop, kneel, lift, move, or transport up to 50-60 lbs.

+ Flexibility to work overtime as requested.

+ Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying weather elements such as heat and cold conditions.

Compensation Information:

$18, plus $1 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
