    Position Overview:

    Amergis Healthcare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum opportunity in Williston, ND. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment and is comfortable performing minor procedures.

    Duration: Ongoing

    Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts/week (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

    ? Requirements:

    + Certifications: BLS, DEA, Board Certification

    + Licensure: Active ND license

    + Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar setting

    + Background: Clean malpractice history

    + Procedures: Must be comfortable with I&D, suturing, and sensitive exams

    + EMR Experience: Allscripts AEHR

     
     

    + Conduct physical exams and diagnose/treat within protocol

    + Order and interpret diagnostic tests

    + Prescribe medications and recommend treatments

    + Educate patients on healthy lifestyle habits

    + Perform minor office procedures

    + Document visits within 24 hours

    + Collaborate with nursing and provider teams to ensure efficient patient flow

    + Handle acute care cases such as coughs, colds, UTIs, rashes, and minor injuries

     
     

    + Up to 35 patients per day depending on walk-ins and case complexity

    + Support Staff

     
     

    + Pass-through arrangement available

     
     

    + Estimated timeframe: 30 days
