    Position

    + Start: ASAP-6 months open for extension

    + Location: Upland, CA 91786

    + Specialty: Geriatrics, ESRD EXP (mandatory), Dialysis

    + Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

    + Patient Volume: 7-10 ppd

    Requirements:

    + 1-2 years minimum, must have experience with patients with kidney disease and patients on dialysis(ESRD- End Stage Renal Disease)

    + Board Certified NP

    + BC, BLS, DEA, CAQH

    Compensation:

    + Pay: By phone discussion only
