Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Digital Strategy is responsible for leading and driving digital strategy and digital results across the Auto Care business. This role owns development of the three-year Digital Economy Auto Care strategic plan, coordinating with cross-functional partners on the development and aligning with the Auto Care Category leader to ensure seamless integration with the category strategic plan. Beyond development, this individual is responsible for overseeing execution of the Digital Economy Auto Care strategic plan, ensuring there are clear actions and owners and that the owners are delivering on the actions in the timelines needed. This individual ensures digital goals and objectives are identified and achieved, reporting out on a regular cadence the results, issues and risks and mitigation plans. This individual will research digital economy market trends and how other CPGs are responding, evaluate and enable new business opportunities and capabilities and drive continuous process improvement.

+ Accountable for delivering digital economy results on Auto Care through setting strategy, developing plans, influencing the organization, defining the actions required to meet objectives and monitoring progress.
+ Leads digital economy communication including business performance, issues and opportunities to Auto Care Global Category Leadership Team.
+ Leads and develops the Global Digital Economy Auto Care Marketing Team to develop global marketing strategies and plans in line with Auto Care Category strategies
+ Contributes to the Global Digital Economy Leadership Team responsible for decisions, comprised of cross-functional leaders who are committed to driving short and long-term goals for category in the digital economy
+ Proactively assesses and assertively responds to dynamic and frequent digital landscape changes, competitive intelligence and marketplace changes.
+ Leads the identification, exploration and evaluation of new markets (e.g. India), platforms (e.g. Flipkart), and marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop) that are critical to EHI future Where to Play choices
+ Develops and deploys Digital Economy best practices globally and ensures connection between all markets/colleagues who participate in digital economy globally
+ Proactively manages digital-focused partners to drive EHI objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Leads QBRs, contract renewals, and RFPs where needed.
+ May also perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for
+ 4-year colleague degree (Marketing / Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience.
+ Min. 7 years business experience
+ Knowledge in and experience with Digital Economy
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience with the global marketplace
+ English proficiency required. Additional languages beneficial.
+ Ability to work primarily in the central time zone
+ Experience leading cross functional groups and developing group of teams
+ Ability to influence indirectly to achieve results
+ Strong business acumen required
+ Strong drive and initiative to push things through the organization to achieve results
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Total Rewards Package
The salary range for this position is USD $126,000.00/Yr. - USD $171,400.00/Yr.
Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
