    **MercyOne Des Moines** is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Trauma Surgeon to join busy team at high volume Level II Trauma Center. The opportunity offers a comprehensive scope of emergency general services, trauma care and acute surgical services within a fast-paced environment. J1 and H1B applicants encouraged to apply.

    Opportunity Details

    • 7 Physician 12 APP Team

    • 15 – 12 hour shifts per month

    • Unrestricted EGS Night Call

    • Full scope of Trauma role (OR, Rounding, Clinic and Critical Care)

    • 16 Bed CSISU co-managed with Pulmonary Critical Care

    • GS Residency Adjunct role

    • EMR: EPIC

    Opportunity Highlights

    • Salary: $504,794

    • Extra Shift Compensation

    • Sign-on $50,000

    • Moving Allowance up to $15,000

    • CME Allowance: $5000

    • Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage

    • 403(B) Match
