Our client, a leading organization in the Biotechnology sector, is seeking a Quality Assurance Project Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Project Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have system experience- Mango, Trackwise, SAP, MS Suite, ISO – 9001, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Project Specialist
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Pay Range:** $27-$32/hr
What's the Job?
+ Support the maintenance, development, and improvement of Quality Systems including auditing, training, and documentation control.
+ Oversee the instrument calibration program and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
+ Manage the Data Integrity Program for Quality Control and perform Good Documentation Practices audits.
+ Respond to customer complaints and lead CAPA investigations to ensure timely resolutions.
+ Participate in customer/internal audits and provide accurate records consistent with quality guidelines.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years work experience in quality assurance.
+ Experience with GMP and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (QM module preferred).
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
