Senior-Level Logistics Coordinator

6-Month Contract | Loveland, CO

Pay: $50–$65/hour (DOE)

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in **Loveland, CO** to find a **Senior-Level Logistics Coordinator** for a **6-month contract** . This is a high-impact role offering premium compensation for an individual with elite logistics and customer operations expertise.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

+ Serve as the **primary logistics contact** for your assigned geography, ensuring seamless coordination of all service and shipping needs.

+ Review incoming orders, monitor available inventory, and process order changes or cancellations accurately and efficiently.

+ Partner with internal teams to plan and maintain shipping schedules and meet delivery deadlines.

+ Determine the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods, balancing speed and budget.

+ Generate shipping paperwork, schedule outbound loads, and ensure timely transportation execution.

+ Coordinate product returns and help reconcile inventory counts across systems and locations.

+ Collaborate with sales, customer service, and factory operations to align on service delivery expectations.

+ Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards in every aspect of your work.

+ Maintain high-quality data and support updates to Customer Master Data in SAP and Salesforce (SFDC).

+ Manage RMAs across multiple factory locations and product lines with precision.

+ Provide excellent support to internal and external customers, resolving issues and managing expectations.

+ Respond to inquiries within 48 hours or sooner, ensuring clear and proactive communication.

+ Other duties as assigned to support the success of the logistics and customer operations team.

What You Will Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

+ **Minimum 1 year of experience** in customer service and/or shipping required (5+ years preferred for this senior-level contract).

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills with both internal partners and external clients.

+ Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively.

+ Strong initiative, adaptability to change, and a team-first attitude.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Advanced organizational skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) preferred.

+ Familiar with key logistics and administrative procedures: managing records, using Excel, coordinating calls, etc.

+ Ability to occasionally travel if needed.

+ Background or familiarity with agriculture is a plus, though not required.
