    Description

    The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers. Kids+ is available across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindles and is an integral component to Kids Edition Devices (Tablet, Echo, and Kindle) which are built from the ground up just for children. As Senior Manager of Product Management for Kids+ Devices Integrations, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for making Kids+ a great experience for customers regardless of whether they use one device or many.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Lead the product strategy and development of Kids Edition Devices across Amazon's device portfolio

     

    - Drive Kids+ platform requirements into device roadmaps, ensuring early adoption of new technologies and capabilities

     

    - Drive optimization of device-specific features for performance, reliability, and cost

     

    - Own device-specific experiences such as, Launcher, Kids+ Content Discovery and Navigation, and Alexa integration

     

    - Partner with the Kids+ Product team to deliver cohesive cross-device experiences and features

     

    - Identify and evaluate new platform capabilities that could enhance the Kids+ experience

     

    - Lead development of PRFAQs, platform requirements, and cross-functional launch plans

     

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with device teams to influence hardware and software roadmaps

     

    - Drive technical integration decisions that balance innovation, safety, and performance

     

    - Collaborate with UX/Design team to ensure consistent experience across devices

     

    - Partner with Go-To-Market team on Kids Edition Device launch planning and sales strategy

    Basic Qualifications

    - 6+ years of team management experience

     

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

     

    - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
