Description We are looking for an experienced FP& A Analyst to join our team in Lyndhurst, Virginia. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing financial data, creating detailed reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency and ensure alignment with market demands.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze historical financial data to identify trends and factors impacting corporate performance.

• Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of financial records and statements.

• Monitor and evaluate the effects of economic conditions, both micro and macro, on the organization.

• Assess business practices and delivery models to optimize operational costs and align with market requirements.

• Develop and present detailed financial reports and models for senior management and potential investors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Provide in-depth analysis of business units to enhance capital management strategies.

• Utilize accounting software systems and tools like Adaptive Insights and EPM to streamline financial processes. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as Adaptive Insights, EPM, and CRM.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions, including annual budgets and budget processes.

• Experience in analyzing business units and capital management.

• Ability to create detailed financial reports and models for decision-making purposes.

• Familiarity with economic trends and their impact on corporate financials.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
