Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook paid advertising campaigns for a variety of brands. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a mid-sized company and collaborate closely with branding and content teams to drive impactful results. The role is ideal for professionals with extensive e-commerce experience who can deliver high-quality campaigns and adapt to varying weekly workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Facebook paid advertising campaigns tailored to specific brand objectives.

• Collaborate with content and branding teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing efforts.

• Manage budgets exceeding $1 million annually, ensuring cost-effective and impactful ad placements.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Facebook Insights and other analytics platforms to optimize results.

• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and improve conversion rates.

• Manage multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously

• Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives using Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Maintain brand consistency while promoting awareness across various target audiences.

• Monitor and adjust campaigns weekly based on evolving workflows and priorities.

• Provide detailed reports on campaign metrics and actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands.

• Proven track record of handling annual budgets of $1 million or more.

• Expertise in Facebook Insights, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for ad creative development.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and content management platforms.

• Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing advertisements for performance.

• Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt to varying workloads.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
