Description We are looking for an experienced VP/Director of Finance to lead strategic financial initiatives for our IT Software division in Lehi, Utah. This role is pivotal in driving business transformation, optimizing operational processes, and fostering sustainable growth through innovative financial strategies. The ideal candidate will combine visionary leadership with hands-on expertise to enhance organizational performance and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning efforts to align financial strategies with overarching business goals.

• Drive transformation initiatives, including process optimization and organizational development, to enhance efficiency.

• Develop and manage strategic pricing models aimed at increasing market share and profitability.

• Collaborate with product teams to foster innovation and identify new revenue opportunities.

• Utilize data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and market analysis.

• Establish comprehensive financial planning and analysis frameworks to support critical business decisions.

• Design performance metrics and KPIs that align with company objectives and track progress effectively.

• Oversee complex financial modeling and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

• Mentor and develop finance team members to strengthen capabilities and drive performance. Requirements • Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance function, preferably in the IT Software industry.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, planning, and analysis.

• Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation and process optimization.

• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and financial value drivers.

• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Oracle Fusion, Snowflake, and Power BI.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.

• Ability to implement innovative solutions and drive technology adoption within financial operations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
