Job Title: Set Up Technician
Job Description
The set up technician plays a crucial role in injection molding operations, focusing on technical troubleshooting and setup of molds. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various machinery, ensuring a clean and safe working environment through preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform setup and technical troubleshooting for injection molding equipment.
+ Conduct troubleshooting and repair on various machinery.
+ Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
+ Setup and teardown of molds.
+ Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
+ Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Ability to perform preventative maintenance.
+ Experience with plastic molding equipment.
+ Skills in hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Industrial repair capabilities.
+ Electrical troubleshooting experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6 months to 1 year of injection molding experience.
+ 6+ months of preventative maintenance work.

This is a contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
