Project Manager (Hybrid/Remote)

VAA is seeking a Project Manager I to join our team. In this role, you will support Senior Project Managers and other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with scope. You will serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of small to mid-sized projects while gaining valuable experience in project management.

Your role:

+ Maintain discipline-specific project scope, schedules and budgets for multi-discipline projects and coordinate with all disciplines for successful project delivery.

+ Prepare, review, and execute proposals.

+ Manage client needs and expectations throughout the project; Research, understand and convey client needs for project success.

+ Oversee project team and assign work tasks, schedule and track assigned project workflow.

+ Facilitate internal and external coordination meetings (clients, equipment suppliers).

+ Perform site visits during design phase to observe existing conditions and identify engineering and coordination issues.

+ Establish project budget and billing; identify and prepare requests for additional services, manage project closeout.

+ Keep Principal-In-Charge informed of project progress, challenges & successes.

+ Potential 20% travel to construction job sites or client offices.

Your resume must include:

+ 5+ years of relevant experience.

+ Working knowledge of construction methods, plan reading and the preparation of high-quality construction documents.

**Starting Annual Salary Range:** $80,000 - $100,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
