    Our client, a leader in customer service excellence, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer satisfaction and service resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

    **Location:** Miramar, FL

    **Pay Range:** Up to $25.00/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Approve the resolution of customers’ service or billing complaints by authorizing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

    + Act as an escalation point for clients/customers to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively.

    + Review, monitor, and audit records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

    + Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes.

    + Solicit the sale of new or additional services or products to enhance customer experience.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 8-10 years of customer service-related experience required.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

    + Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
