    The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration of benefits and retirement programs at Bob’s Discount Furniture. This fast-paced role requires high attention to detail, time management, and strong communication skills. The analyst serves as a key member of the Benefits team, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of benefit services and communications.

    Core Competencies & Expertise

     

    + 2–3 years of experience in benefits administration

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

    + Knowledge of benefits-related laws (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA)

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

    + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

     

    Preferred Competencies & Skills

     

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 3+ years of direct benefits experience

    + Familiarity with Workday or other HCMS platforms

    + Experience with ACA compliance

    + Strong understanding of federal, state, and local benefits regulations
