Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to ensure we deliver outstanding service to our customers, business partners, and drivers. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Assisting customers and business partners via **telephone and email** .
+ Handling customer complaints with a **calm, professional demeanor** .
+ **Diagnosing, assessing, and resolving problems or issues** efficiently.
+ **Monitoring the progress of delivery routes** to ensure timely service.
+ Scanning **haul-away pods and verifying stamps** for accuracy.
+ Processing **changes or cancellations** to delivery orders.
Shift Details & Pay Rate
This is a **5-day-a-week position, with Saturdays being a must** . Your weekly schedule will follow a split shift pattern:
+ **2 days:** 5:15 AM - 2:00 PM
+ **3 days:** 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
+ **$18** per hour
What You'll Need to Excel
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Proficiency with **Microsoft Office programs** such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
It'd Be Great If You Also Have:
+ A **high school diploma or equivalent** .
+ **1 year of related experience** , preferably within a call center environment.
+ **Strong customer service skills** and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ **Solid ability to multitask** with exceptional organizational skills.
+ The ability to **thrive under pressure** while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
