We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to help lead our team and maintain the high standards our guests have come to expect.

    Position Overview:

    The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading the culinary team, ensuring consistency and quality, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support and lead the kitchen team during service

    + Supervise and coordinate food preparation and production

    + Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

    + Assist in menu development and recipe testing

    + Train and mentor line cooks and prep staff

    + Manage inventory and ordering under the direction of the Executive Chef

    + Maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture

    Qualifications:

    + 2–3 years of experience in kitchen management in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Deep understanding of kitchen operations, prep, service timing, and station management

    + Ability to train and motivate a team with professionalism and respect

    + Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

    + ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
