    Position Summary:

    The Parking Analyst will manage analytics on income and payroll for 13 total sites. This is a part-time position working day shifts, based out of our Sacramento ABM office. The analyst will be responsible for putting together key performance indicator tracking monthly, reconciling various bank accounts, recording payments made, and assisting in the compilation of monthly statements.

     

    This Parking Analyst will report to the Project Manager and the Branch Manager in aiding with the finances of a total of 13 public parking properties totaling 3,000 parking spaces and 16 staff including 3 managers. These facilities include 5 self-park garages, 2 self-park surface lots, 3 valet parking garages, and 3 facilities that operate nights and weekends or by event only. One facility is in Redwood City, two in Brisbane, and the rest in downtown San Francisco.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Aid in identifying variances to budget in terms of revenue, labor, and other operating expenses.

    + Assists in preparation of billing amount and invoice backup requirements according to Sarbanes-Oxley Accounting specifications.

    + Reviews daily labor for assigned Project compared to budget.

    + Sales and volume analytics behind online sales platforms including management of events.

    + Joining regular monthly meetings with clients and engage in periodic client communication as needed.

    + Perform analytics behind parking rates to determine peak pricing and aid the Project and Branch Managers in making recommendations to clients.

    + Reconcile payments made by ACH to client owned bank accounts and reconcile said accounts.

    + Report directly to and work closely with the Project Manager

    + Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    + Must be able to prepare advanced documents using Microsoft Office Suite including word, excel and PowerPoint

    + Good communication skills both written and verbal. Proven ability to work with and communicate with front line employees as well as upper-level management team.
