    Description and Requirements

    Lenovo is seeking a HRIS Specialist to join the Global HRIS team:

    This is a hybrid position. Three days on-site in our Raleigh office. Two days work from home.

    Job Description

    + Ideate, Develop and maintain custom Workday extend applications

    + Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points.

    + Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.

    + Server as a Workday extend expert with deep knowledge of design concepts.

    + Investigate and resolve technical issues related existing Workday extend applications

    + Maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday extend solutions

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in technology.

    + 3+years of experience in Workday development, with at least 2+years of hands - on experience in Workday Extend.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in developing custom solutions for Workday in HR areas

    + In - depth knowledge of Workday Extend development tools. Strong knowledge of workday Extend , Orchestrations, Workday Studio, BIRT, APIs and Web services.

    + Familiarity with Workday’s architecture, data model, and security framework.

    + AI software experience is preferred
