    Description

    OVERVIEW

    Cadrex is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the execution of production programs and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role ensures quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction by coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining clear, consistent communication. The Program Coordinator manages production flow, monitors program performance, and uses internal tools to improve delivery, quality, and responsiveness. This role reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted reporting line to the VP of Program Management.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Supports the execution of the program scope within technical, schedule, budget, cost, and quality requirements; ensures delivery meets customer expectations

    + Coordinates cross-functional activities and serves as a central point of contact for internal teams to ensure alignment and timely progress on program objectives

    + Works closely with the Program Manager or Director to track project goals, customer concerns, and potential changes in scope; assists with risk assessments and follow-up actions

    + Maintains strong, professional relationships with customers by acting as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and programs; ensures consistent communication and responsiveness

    + Coordinates internal preparation and follow-up for customer meetings and business reviews; documents action items and drives completion across departments

    + Supports the implementation of standard program management processes, including organizing team meetings, updating program metrics, and generating reports for stakeholders

    + Monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, delivery, and program health; helps escalate issues when targets are at risk

    + Tracks and maintains program risk logs; collaborates with cross-functional teams to monitor risk mitigation plans and report on progress

    + Ensures program documentation is up to date, including change management logs, action trackers, and meeting minutes

    + Prepares and distributes recurring program status reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and customers

    + Coordinates inputs for customer pricing updates, as directed by the Program Manager or Commercial team

    + Supports execution and tracking of service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalates operational issues as needed

    + Assists with the planning and coordination of New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring cross-functional readiness and adherence to timelines

    + Assists with updating the NPI tracker and other program tools to reflect current status, risks, and next steps

    + Keeps internal stakeholders informed of customer feedback, delivery timelines, and any issues impacting program performance

    + Actively participates in customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing supporting data and follow-ups as required

    + Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and improving program execution

    Requirements

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + 4+ years of Program/Project Management experience or a combination of 4 years Project Management and Project Engineering experience with technical product development projects preferred

    + 4+ years of phase gate development and integrated master scheduling (IMS) experience preferred

    + Excellent organization and time management skills

    + Ability to work closely with multiple teams

    + Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. (Word, Excel, etc.)

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

    EDUCATION

    + Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

    + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally loud.

    Salary Description

    $61,000 to $73,000 annually
