Fairview** is seeking a **Nurse Practitioner** to join the Emergency Medicine team at **M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.

Practice Details:

+ **Join a team of 3 APP’s and 12 MD’s**

+ FTE: 0.8

+ Shifts are 12p-12a

+ Fairview Northland Emergency Department is 17 beds, which included 2 trauma/critical care rooms and 2 behavioral rooms

+ Level IV Trauma Center

+ Annual Emergency Room volumes: 25,000+ **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualificiations:

+ Graduate of a school or nursing and accredited Adult/Gero, Acute Care, or Family Nurse Practitioner training program

+ BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC

+ Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing

+ Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

+ Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

+ **A minimum of 2 years of NP experience is preferred. New grads who have completed an Emergency Medicine Residency/Fellowship will be considered.**
