    Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

    Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities.     BAE Systems is looking for a strong candidate to support our Weekend Shift who develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. This candidate will work in a manufacturing environment performing general lab support.

    Responsibilities will include:

    + Data collection and trend analysis for production hardware to drive root cause and corrective action to reduce defects improve yields while reducing cost.

    + Ability to create test procedures, debug guides and provide daily direction to the technicians including scheduling to optimize throughput.

    + Technical liaison with design, test, quality, reliability and program engineering to drive continuous improvements throughout the entire test process.

    + Understanding of ESS testing and defects

     

    Please note this position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6AM - 6PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10% pay premium.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + BS degree in Engineering or related technical field is required plus 2 or more years related experience; Masters without field experience; or Associates degree in a technical field with 4 years. experience. Degree must be from an accredited university, college, or school.

    + Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.

    + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

    + Excellent team player with project experience who is willing to contribute and learn.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + BSEE or equivalent.

    + RF Theory and Design Concepts.

    + RF Test experience.

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
