The Testing Coordinator - Readiness and Delivery Analyst will be responsible for monitoring testing and release management activities of core St. Luke's IT Applications, specifically Epic Medical Record system. The Analyst will be responsible for coordinating testing efforts for upgrades, new build in the EHR, technical and printer validation, and leading weekly Change Advisory Board.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems and testing
+ Coordinates testing activities and verifies software releases, upgrades, and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment
+ Assists with the preparation/review of test and release plans and reports on status to lead
+ Track releases, upgrades, and changes to the network application environments to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
+ Performs basic end user validation testing where appropriate
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color, and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience is required.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of General computer experience is required. 1+ years with experience in IT Testing protocols or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Epic EHR application is recommended.
