Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
+ Support the materials coordinator with materials distributed by the Center for Dyslexia, including processing orders, creating and maintaining all accounts, inventory maintenance, communication with purchasers, respond to requests for information about the material
+ Produce quotes for customers using the new ‘quote request system’
+ Help customers navigate purchases and use of new dyslexia learning portal
+ Demonstrate effective communication skills with internal and external customers
Required Skills/Abilities
+ High school degree or equivalent required.
+ Bachelor degree preferred.
+ A minimum of three years’ experience with independent responsibilities required.
+ Excellent telephone, reception and public relations skills.
+ Computer skills for data collection, word processing.
+ Requires knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point and Excel.
