Position Purpose:

The [Nurse Supervisor – Interventional] works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Interventional Radiology department to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. What You Will Do:

+ Employment Type/Shift: **FT Days / Call required**

+ Receives patients from the Medical Imaging Department; responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and if necessary, delegating patient care to a specified group of patients.

+ Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care given.

+ Completes other duties as assigned such as on-call, transporting patients, cleaning rooms, stocking supplies, peer review, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.

+ Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.

+ Prior relevant leadership experience in an acute care setting preferred.

+ Certifications aligned with area of responsibility.

+ Minimum **3** years of RN experience preferred.

+ Interventional Radiology Experience Required

Pay Range-** **$37.88-$54.19

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
