The Amazon Toys & Entertainment, Entertainment & Character team is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and organizational mechanisms. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. In this role you will own organization wide mechanisms for: managing key initiatives, goal reporting, business reviews, identifying new opportunities that will shape the future of Entertainment & Character business, and more.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive comprehensive metrics and goal reporting across the organization.
• Drive end-to-end program management for strategic growth initiatives, including UX experimentation and performance tracking.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify untapped opportunities in the entertainment and character space.
• Create and execute detailed program roadmaps, including stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, leadership communication, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Business and Operations teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic planning and organizational effectiveness.
About the team
The Entertainment & Character team represents the "Entertainment" side of Toys & Entertainment. We work with the world's largest Entertainment and Gaming studios to develop customer engagement strategies that drive brand awareness, affinity, loyalty, and conversion.
Our vision is to cement Amazon as the #1 customer destination for entertainment licensed products through carrying the largest selection, creating best-in-class customer experiences, executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that generate buzz and excitement among fans around new releases, and delighting Amazon customers at major fan events.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
