    About Coeur d'Alene Resort:

    Our resort is known for luxury and exceptional hospitality, including a bakery that delivers fresh, mouth-watering treats. We are looking for a skilled Baker to prepare breads, pastries, and desserts with care and creativity.

    The Role:

    As a Baker, you will mix, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods to meet high-quality standards and support our culinary team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes

    + Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods consistently

    + Decorate and finish products with attention to detail

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area

    + Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs

    + Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

    What We're Looking For:

    + Previous baking experience preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

    + Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed

    + Team player with a positive attitude

    + Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations
