Fairview Range is hiring** **a Manager** **for our Retail Pharmacy** **in** **Hibbing, MN** **.
Are you a Pharmacy Leader? The Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating services and functions performed by pharmacists, technicians, and other support staff. Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships, in support of interdisciplinary team initiatives, within and outside of the organization. Practices sound management principles and is responsible for the development and management of operational processes to create efficient and profitable services. Responsible for delivering operational project and financial analysis, evaluations, program implementation, and purchase of supplies. Responsible for vendor and customer relationships as assigned.
**Schedule:** This position will work 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day shift with rotating Saturday shifts.

As a Manager of the Retail Pharmacy, you are responsible for:
+ Being the Pharmacist-in-charge
+ Supervising all employees of the pharmacy
+ Developing and maintaining appropriate departmental procedures.
+ Establishing and supervising the method and manner for the storing and safekeeping of drugs.
+ Responding to deficiency reports.
+ Ensuring that staffing and operational quality assurance policies are developed, implemented, and followed for the purpose of decreasing and monitoring prescription errors.
+ Being responsible for financial, business operations, and human resources management of the department.
Required Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience
+ Adequate knowledge of business in relation to organization of a retail pharmacy
+ Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from an ACPE certified school of Pharmacy
+ Registered pharmacist in good standing with the MN Board of Pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous management experience
+ MBA

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
