Description
We're looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of World-Wide Public Sector Non-Profit & Industry Sales (NPO/PSI), who leads our global sales team serving non-profits, public sector organizations, and related industries. Our team helps organizations use modern technology to better serve their communities. NPO/PSI works closely with non-profit organizations, government agencies, and public service providers. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, help manage relationships with important clients and partners, support our mission of using technology to create positive change in communities worldwide, as well as understand customers' local needs helping them improve their services. NPO/PSI focuses on understanding each organization's unique goals and challenges, while providing solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.
This role requires a professional who thrives in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional flexibility and adaptability while maintaining strategic thinking, operational excellence, and proactive problem-solving capabilities. The candidate must excel at creating, planning, and executing initiatives from start to end, seamlessly pivoting between complex tasks and priorities with precision and composure. The ideal candidate will need to be able to integrate into our leadership ecosystem, providing sophisticated operational support while consistently anticipating and addressing the needs of the Vice President.

Key job responsibilities
• Support the Vice President of NPO/PSI Sales and their leadership team
• Aid in the execution and management of team activities and internal/external meetings and events
• Prepare various correspondence and documents for executives; edit and proof correspondence and documents
• Support annual operational planning processes, business planning and performance review cycles
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling including international impact
• Collect and process expenses for travel, events, and supplies
• Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics (creation of itineraries, visa and passport submissions, as well as other applicable documentation)
• Act as a direct liaison between customers, senior leadership, direct reports, and other business stakeholders
• Organize, prioritize and handle time-sensitive, confidential information ensuring appropriate actions are taken
• Track and drive completions of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding executive action items
• Work in direct partnership with the Lead EA of WWPS in the direction and organization of the NPO & PSI EA team such as leading internal EA meetings and advising on support allocation
• Develop and maintain comprehensive communications and tracking mechanisms
• Work with Finance to track goals, headcount, and budgets
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience working with large global teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
