    Players Club Representative Arizona Charlie’s Decatur (Las Vegas, NV)

    Description:

    Summary:

    Provide information to guests about the benefits of being a Players Club member including specials, promotions, cash back, cash coupons, party invitations and other casino offerings. Assists club members with any questions and/or concerns regarding the club. Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    + Explain to guests how the Players Club card entitles them to special benefits including cash back, cash coupons, special promotions and offerings

    + Enroll and create new member accounts

    + Review daily event calendar and be familiar with current activities/offerings and all casino/hotel current promotions.

    + Print cash and/or comp vouchers from CMS, reprint player cards from CMS, issue pin code numbers from CDS, enroll new players in K-man for new player incentives

    + Assist guests with any complaints, comments, and card discrepancies

    + Ability to accurately balance cash drawer

    + Keep the booth area clean and orderly at all times

    + Initiate the greeting, welcome guests in a friendly manner, and thank them for their patronage

    + Offer information regarding property promotions, products, services, and events taking place

    + Smile, make eye contact, and use the guest’s name while interacting

    + Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees

    + Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    + 6 months of previous experience in same or similar role preferred

    + Previous experience working in a team or group environment

    + Ability to accurately input and access information in the property management system/computers

    + Able to efficiently compute accurate mathematical calculations

    + Moderate computer skills

    + At least 21 years of age

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

    + Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

    + Verify right to work in the United States

    + Occasionally push/pull up to 10 lbs.

    + Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 10 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

    + Occasionally kneel, stand, and walk

    + Constant use of vision and hearing, reach, twist, and distinguish between shades of color
