A Site Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience. Primary Duties: * Engage customers and sell products & services at the Kiosk and on property * Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members both outside and durning cold or warm weather * Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations including cleaning * Oversee training of Customer Service Associates, LCSAs, and ASMs. * Coach and role play to effectively teach winning sales techniques. * Hiring and onboarding of CSAs, LCSAs, and ASMs. * Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance. * Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily. * Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required. * Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies. * Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order. * Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile. * Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order. * Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests. IND123 Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 2+ years of retail or sales leadership experience * Basic computer and administrative skills * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * Available for traveling and overnight stays between markets as needed Physical Demands: * Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight * Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time * Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
