    **Koniag Tech and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to support **KTIS** and our government customer in Mechanicsburg, PA.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    + Provide functional knowledge expertise for assigned applications and perform assigned tasks for assigned applications.

    + Obtain requirements from customers/users.

    + Develop documentation based upon Agile Scrum best practices.

    + Identify, define, or modify interfaces with other systems/applications, ensuring agreements are formally documented with the interfacing system/application.

    + Provide pre-implementation training resources to customers/users.

    + Support resolution of production outages.

    + Create and update work items in AzDO.

    + Prepare release packages for approval.

    + Analyze system requirements, convert functional design to detailed logic for coding the assigned software systems/modules/components.

    + Review each module as well as the system as a whole for design validity.

    + This includes, but is not limited to, validation of record input, data elements and output reports.

    + Perform required testing based upon Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done, assuring software and systems quality and functionality.

    Requirements:

    + Minimum of 2 years of college/work experience plus 3 years of experience in Agile concepts and principles and experience participating in Agile teams.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.

    + Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel).

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

    + Ability to identify and solve complex business problems.

    + Strong analytical skills to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

    + Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation.

    + Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

    + Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.

    + Knowledge of business processes, industry trends, and best practices.

    + Ability to think strategically and align business solutions with organizational
