    **Position Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and motivated Elite/Lead Field Service Technician to oversee the **start-up and commissioning of advanced water treatment systems** at customer sites across the United States. This role is central to ensuring equipment performs safely, efficiently, and reliably from day one. The ideal candidate will have exceptional troubleshooting skills across **mechanical, electrical, diesel, and fusion systems** , with the capability to lead projects and mentor others.

    Responsibilities:

    + Promote and maintain a safe working environment and safety-first culture.

    + Ensure proper care and handling of company property.

    + Demonstrate a high-impact mindset through innovation, accountability, and empowerment.

    + Work effectively both independently and within a team.

    + Operate with minimal to no supervision.

    + Lead, coach, and motivate others as needed.

    + National Travel is required up to 80%

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Ability to obtain necessary customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).

    + Clean driving record required.

    + 5–7 years of relevant technical work experience preferred.

    Key Competencies and Skills:

    + Experience in electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems

    + Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians.

    + Technically proficient and resourceful.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of using smart devices.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills.

    + Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate technical information.

    + Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

    Compensation

     

    The estimated salary range for this position is **$38 to $42** . Starting pay is based on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, and work location.
