    **BAYADA Home Health Care** is looking for a compassionate and dedicated per diem **WEEKEND Registered Nurse** to perform home health **RN visits** for our Denver office.

    + Territory: Primarily South of I-70

    + Must be available to attend office orientation for one full week (Monday through Friday, 9a-5p).

    + **Prior or current Home Health (Visits) and OASIS experience required.**

    Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

    + Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs

    + Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories

    + Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

    + Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager

    + Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

    + Perform client assessments as necessary

    + Case management and coordination

    + Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

    Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

    + A current license as a Registered Nurse in **Colorado.**

    + **Prior or current home health/visits experience.**

    + **Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.**

    + Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

    Additional Information:

    + Pay – Weekly, Starting at $55 per productivity point, based on experience

    + Mileage reimbursement
