We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy, decision-making, and business growth. Your expertise in financial analysis and planning will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain rolling 12-month profit and loss forecasts and capital expenditure plans, providing insightful variance analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Build and refine detailed financial models and performance metrics, delivering key insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Collaborate with teams across sales, operations, and category management to design and manage annual budgets for gross revenue, net revenue, and profit.

• Consolidate financial data from international and domestic units, ensuring accurate tracking of performance and alignment with company objectives.

• Partner with business units to plan for expenses and headcount requirements, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing budgets.

• Provide financial reporting and analysis for business reviews, including presentations tailored to private equity stakeholders.

• Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the company's overall financial strategy.

• Support the implementation of financial tools and systems to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

• Analyze large datasets to provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance and efficiency.

• Maintain a collaborative approach, working with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within consumer products, retail, or similar industries.

• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, including financial modeling and dashboard creation; Power BI experience is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with exceptional attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day operational needs.

• Adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
