IABA is an in-home and school provider of behavioral services to families with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. YOUR VALUED ROLE
As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Director with including but not limited to
+ Training, supervising and developing Behavior Technicians
+ Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.
+ Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practices in ABA clinical care in a quantitative and qualitative manner.
+ Provide Consultation and Support to families and children
+ Collaborate with Clinical Director on Program Development and Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
+ Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
+ Provide training and support to families and case workers.
+ Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress.
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
+ Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
+ Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.
+ Minimum of two years’ experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
+ Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Available to travel within Imperial Valley.
